Apex Glock Gen 3 Failure Resistant Extractor
What It Does
The Apex Failure Resistant Extractor for Glock pistols is designed with a more robust extractor claw, as well as improved geometry, to produce a more durable extractor that will deliver consistent extraction and a more uniform ejection pattern. The extractor is machined from a billet of stainless steel. Please note that this extractor is not recommended for use with aftermarket slides and/or barrels due to variations in the manufacturing of those aftermarket components.

For use in the following Gen 3 Glock pistols: G17, G17L, G19, G34
For use in the following Gen 5 Glock pistols: G17, G19, G19x, G34, G45
Designed and tested with Glock factory slide and barrel only. Not tested to work with any caliber except for 9mm
NOT for use in the Glock 26

For most consistent results Apex Tactical Specialties recommends using the following Glock factory parts in conjunction with our Failure Resistant Extractor: Glock 30274 Ejector and Spring Load Bearing for Glock Model 17, 19, 26 and 34 - Glock Item # SP01176 (Available at Brownells.com, MidwayUSA.com or sharpsshootingsupply.com).
Due to variations in manufacturing, this extractor is not recommended for use with aftermarket slides and/or barrels.

Works out of the box.
I bought this b/c I had a stovepipe in the middle of a stage on my fully stock Glock using Syntech 150 grain 9mm. So far I haven't had any other problems so the extractor seems to work, but I also haven't given any attention to the old/new ejection patterns. 4/5 b/c price is a little high and b/c I still haven't used it for more than 400 rounds.
