Practical Pistol Foundations
There are many schools of thought on how to best approach the fundamentals of quickly and accurately shooting a pistol. When it comes to action shooting
sports, it is the norm to fire multiple rounds from various positions in challenging conditions under extreme time constraints. One thing all
competitors have in common is that they need a system that works under pressure every time.
Watch as four-time USPSA Production Division National Champion Ben Stoeger details the core of his approach. He conveys to the viewer an understanding of
the techniques he uses every time he steps up to the firing line. Ben draws from the experience of his own training and competition as well as what he observes from his students across the country and around the globe. This allows him to relate to every shooter striving to improve, and relays to them a proven system for success.
Practical Pistol Foundations is a contribution to Ben Stoeger's series of world-class pistol-shooting instructional material. It is designed specifically to
help anyone willing to push themselves to achieve their goals in shooting sports. It answers the controversial questions that come up naturally as
shooters learn and improve, to which there are always varying and contradictory answers.
This is the tool you need to step up your shooting to the next level. Powerful shooters are not superhumans with prodigious natural talent. You have what
it takes if you are willing to put in the work. Students who have incorporated these techniques into their practice have seen
dramatic results. It's simple physics, power equals work over time. Be powerful.
