This thing is expertly machined and fits really snug, which is a good thing!! I've had various plates like this before on other platforms and always wonder about the screws holding or loosening, but not with this one. I had to use a wooden dowel and tap it into the back ledge fairly strongly, just to way a piece like this should go. It should become part of the firearm especially a pistol (holstering, shaking in a bag, being dropped on accident, etc) and this does. If you have an M17 and RMR, I would highly suggest giving this a go. I now can use my P320 M17 with my PVS-14, and it looks sweet, too.
Perfect fit. No regrets

I just really wanted the RMR on this particular handgun so I was happy to fine this adapter plate. Installation was easy. My only complaint was a lack of instructions, or at minimal torque specs for the screws. Springer Precision took care to cut this as the fit inthe gun is just perfect.
