I bought these to replace the tension adjustment screws on my Bladetech Black Ice holster. I have almost lost one or both screws at some point. I got the longer thumb screws so that hopefully I will notice that the holster fit is really loose well before they can back out enough to fall out. Plus it makes it easy to secure the gun for RO'ing, then loosen it when it's my turn on the stage.

These screws might seem unnecessary, but they're actually one of the most important thing. Use them on my bladetech holster that I had to tighten before every stage with a screwdriver. Now, with these perfect little thumb screws, I can adjust the retention in seconds while I'm already at the shooting line. Amazing product... Plain and simple

These are just what I was looking for. No more adjusting the screws in my Blade Tech holster with my Leatherman! Well make and just the right length! Better get an extra set! You may want to give some to a shooting pal at the range after they admire yours!

The ability to fine tune your retention right up to the point of starting the stage is a huge benefit - perhaps moderately relevant in USPSA, but EXTREMELY relevant in 3 Gun. Being able to tune your holster based on the amount of running/moving you have to do before drawing is a huge bonus...avoid the match DQ for dropping the handgun while also allowing for the speedy draws you can achieve with lower retention. Looks clean and professional at a moderate price point

They fit, are convenient to use and much easier than Phillips or hex screws. Wish I had bought them a long time ago.

They work precisely the way they were intended, making it easier to make adjustments on the fly without the need for another tool. They look cool as well, and they are extremely easy to install.

These are the beezneez. I put them on my Production rig first at Timmy and Ryan's advice, they are now being used in every competition rig set up I have and I have bought them for friends as gifts. This + Boss Hanger + whatever holster you like = badass.

These little, innocuous thumbscrews are a fantastic idea! Simple, but allow you to tune your retention right up to a stage. If a lot of running around - go tighter. If not, go looser for an easy draw. Work perfectly, what decent upgrade can you even get for less than $10? Of course don't play with your gun in holster less you're in a designated safe zone or you may have other unintended consequences (like a DQ). If you need a holster, the best deal is to get the Bladetech holster (with thumbscrews) and BOSS hanger for $100. Steve
