Optic mount compatibility depends on three things: your pistol's slide cut or optic-ready pattern, your specific optic's footprint (RMR, SRO, ACRO, DeltaPoint Pro, and others), and in some cases your pistol's generation (Glock Gen 5 MOS vs. Gen 6 ORS require different plates, for example).
