How To Purchase
We aim to make your shopping journey as straightforward as possible. Simply browse our online catalog and add any desired items to your shopping cart. Once you've made your selections, click on "Check Out". At this stage, you'll be prompted to provide some necessary details to finalize your order. Next, you'll need to agree to our terms and conditions then click on "PLACE ORDER" to proceed. Following this, you'll be redirected to our secure payment processor to input your credit card information and billing address.
- PLEASE NOTE: your credit card will be authorized immediately upon order placement.
For all orders, we only accept payments made via credit card. Please be aware that if a debit card is used for the transaction, BenStoegerProShop will not be held responsible for any overdraft charges that might occur in relation to this purchase. This includes charges resulting from any processing errors.
International Orders
We currently accept orders from customers residing within the United States only. Orders placed from outside the United States, even if intended for shipment within the United States, are not accepted.
Orders made using a non-U.S. based credit card will automatically be declined. This may result in pending charges due to the declined transaction attempts. Please note that such pending charges typically drop off your account within 7 business days, though this is contingent upon your card company's policy. For further information or to expedite this process, please directly contact your card issuer.
Cancellation Policy
We cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order once it has been placed on our website. If the order has already entered the processing stage in our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible. For inquiries about order status, please contact us at 1-512-535-6984 or via email at shipping@benstoegerproshop.com.
Canceled orders cannot be reversed. All Cancellations are final.
- If the order has already shipped, you must follow all the procedures for returns (see the return policy).
Return Policy
Due to the expenses incurred by returns, we make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and that the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a return must be made, please note the following policies:
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
- No returns on firearms
- To return or exchange an item, you must first request a return from your account on our website.
- Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, a prepaid shipping label may be issued to return the item(s).
- Upon our receipt of the returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
REFUNDS: Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. For instance, purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the same card account. Please note, credit card refunds are subject to a 5% return fee. If a return is perceived as unjustified or if the product is found to be in the condition as advertised, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. Any fees associated with a firearm transfer from a dealer to the customer are non-refundable and solely the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES: In most situations a refund will be processed for returned items, unless an instore credit is requested.
For those seeking to exchange an item, we suggest initiating a return for a refund and then proceeding to purchase the desired item. We've found this method to be more efficient compared to returning items for an in-store credit and then using that credit for a new purchase.
Merchandise (not firearms) may be returned through the carrier of your choice. COD packages will be refused. Charges incurred from shipping centers will not be reimbursed.

Purchasing a Firearm
It is Required for you to send us a copy of your FFLs License (Federal Firearms License, or Collector of Curio & Relics License) BEFORE we will process any order with Firearms from this Website. BenStoegerProShop reserves the right to limit the purchase of multiple Firearms.
PLEASE NOTE: The individual paying for a firearm(s) and picking up from the receiving FFL dealer must be the same person.
The Following Applies to ALL Firearm Purchases:
- We reserve the right to deny a purchase for any reason.
- You must be a citizen of the United States to make a purchase.
- All items purchased from BenStoegerProShop are for lawful uses only.
- No “Straw Purchases” of firearms. The individual paying for the firearm and completing the 4473 Firearms Transaction Record must be the same person (the intended owner).
Firearm Transfers
We do not facilitate firearm transfers for items that have not been purchased directly from our store.
Local Pick-up Hours
Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm CST*; Orders should be placed online with a credit card in order to secure inventory. You will receive notice when it is ready to be picked up.
- PLEASE NOTE: You have 14 business days to pick up your order or it will be canceled without notice.
*Pickup hours/procedures are subject to change. Feel free to call or email us to verify your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. Our checkout system provides an initial and a final opportunity to review and confirm the shipping address during the checkout process.
Please ensure your address is correct before finalizing your order. We will dispatch your items to the address provided during checkout. Upon placing the order, you'll receive a confirmation email allowing you to review and confirm the correctness of the shipping address before the items are dispatched.
Kindly be advised that once an order has been shipped, it's no longer possible to alter the shipping address.
In the event a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers will bear the cost of return shipping charges necessary for re-delivering the order
