I lost the front on my 10mm Tanfoglio Stock 3. The set screw hole was in the center instead of the factory front position. So it came loose and it flew off because its not locked in the screw hole.

This is a great product. Perfect fit. Very easy to install.

this sight is not designed to fit Witness frame. the tiny screw dos not provide enough friction against the disk to withstand the recoil. I had it on blue and red Loctite. either break within 100 shots. To add insult to the injury, it travels freely in the frame slot after breaking free and chafes against the frame. nice sight otherwise. good machining and very precise.. when sits on the right platform, that is. no idea why it is being marketed for the Witness on the first place.

Huge upgrade from stock front sight and goes very well with black back sight. Low cost for a large upgrade.

The sight is well made, installs easily etc. The fiber optic is way better then the stock sight on my EAA Witness. I have not shot the gun after installing the sight, but am sure it will be better for my old eyes then the original.

Bought (2) for a couple of Witness Stock 3's. Went in easy enough. Comes with a small piece of pot metal that goes into the screw recess so the grub screw has something to bottom out on. Both became loose over time. Sight would slide fore and aft slightly but was still captured but waiting for an eventual failure. I had a gun smith fix both sights. Neither is coming out of the slide any time soon. Good small/thin precision fiber optic sight other than that.

I've purchased and installed two of thes sights, one on a Witness Hunter 45acp, and the other on a Witness Stock 2 in 10mm. They both went on in a matter of minutes and have greatly improved my sight acquisition. Excellent instructions, extra FO rods in red and green, and a nice nylon punch included. Try a set and improve your groups.

I bought this sight mainly due to the fact that your sight eyes will fail you in one way or another with age. This Dawson sight gives me the front sight picture and clarity that i need. I did not need to sand, file or grind the sight for a proper install. Note: The set screw is already in [requires thread locker& tightening], the other is an extra.

Does everything a front sight is supposed to do, but I've had a couple issues with fitment on my stock 2. One of them being a loose, sloppy fit inside of the dovetail on the slide, and the other being the constant loosening of the sight screw under normal firing of the gun. It only stays tight for about 2-300 rounds tops, regardless of what I put on the screw (silicone, green loctite). I've used Dawson products in the past with no issue, so I'm assuming it's just bad machining tolerances on Tanfoglio's part. Your mileage may vary.

Had gunsmith install it on my SAR K2 45acp, worked good.

This is a very high quality front sight that fit my EAA Tanfoglio Witness Match Elite 10mm perfectly. Very much improved sight picture. Fast shipment. Great value! Couldn't be happier or more impressed! I had no trouble installing the sight. The original was a little tough to get out, but they included a nylon tipped punch that made it much easier.
