1911 & 2011 Barrel Bushing .100 Gap Carry Bevel Govt .7015" in Blue by EGW (14711)

EGW desiged the .100? gap bushing to service those that have a gap between their slide and the bushing. On a normal slide a lug gap of .117? is considered standard. Some slides have a gap of only .105:, so a normal bushing left a gap of .012?.between the bushing and the slide. To correct this problem, we have moved the lug closer to the flange tightening the gap. 

Outside Diameter: .701"
Inside Diameter: .568" 

Custom bored bushings are available and can take up to 3 weeks for completion. 

For a custom bored bushing, we will require the following measurements: 

Inside diameter of your slide 

Outside diameter of your barrel 

Please measure these two areas with calipers to find the sizes you need.

Please note that EGW does not turn down the O.D. of the bushing. 

This .100" gap bushing is only available with a .701" O.D. 

Please provide the exact O.D. of your barrel, so that we can provide an accurately bored bushing.

Our machinist will account for clearance. You do not need to do so when providing your measurements. 

EGW's angle bore is bored on an angle for a snug fit.

A straight bore is bored straight without variation.
