The best neutered mags out there...

Posted by Jake on Aug 24th 2020

You heard it here first folks...these are the best functioning 'neutered' magazines for the Tanfoglio Large Frame 9mm pistol. The team at BSPS continually kicks ass at delivering high value and speedy service...and when we here in a ban state need something that's less than perfect...BSPS answers the call with these 10 round magazines.

    Works perfectly!

I initially bought a set of six (6) mags from another dealer and was plagued with feeding issues and trigger not resetting on Tanfoglio Stock 2. Bought a new set of six (6) from Ben Stoeger Shop and could never be more satisfied! Feeding issues and trigger reset issues resolved. Awesome product!

    A Perfect Fit

Posted by Bill Zide on May 16th 2016

The magazines are factory originals (Tanfoglio - made in Italy) and distributed by EAA . Can't get any more original than that! They have indents on either side of the magazine to limit the number of rounds loaded to 10. The base plates are thin black plastic. I have a Tanfoglio Witness Elite Limited pistol. The base plate on this magazine is not compatible with the flared magwell of my pistol. I purchased after market base plates - "Tanfoglio Witness Large Frame Easy Off Aluminum Extended Base pad by Shock Bottle" from Stoeger's Pro Shop as replacements. These fit the mags well but were not initially compatible with the flared magwell of the pistol. The magazine with the Shock Bottle base plate just miss locking in place. Chamfering the upper edges and back of the Shock Bottle base plate (aluminum) with a Dremel tool removed sufficient material to allow the magwell to lock securely into the pistol. I have provided a description & pictures of the required chamfering to Stoeger.
