• Maximize the capacity of your 2011-style magazines with the CSRG Competition Follower & Spring Kit!

  Our kit includes the following: 

  • CSRG 2011/1911DS Competition Follower, made from durable nylon
  • CSRG 11-coil or 13-coil Competition Spring (made by ISMI)
    
    • We recommend using 11-coil springs for 141.25mm magazines
    • We recommend using 13-coil springs for 171.25mm magazines
  • Competition follower does NOT lock the slide open after firing the last round
  • 23/24+1 capacity when used with 141.25mm Atlas/Checkmate/Staccato magazines (with competition-style basepads)
  • 29/30+1 capacity when used with a 171.25mm Atlas/Checkmate magazines (with competition-style basepads)
  • We recommend using a loading tool such as an UpLULA to achieve the best results, and to fully load and unload the magazine a minimum of three times to set the spring in order to avoid malfunctions induced by excessive spring/feed lip pressure. 
  • Using this kit may still require you to tune your magazine tubes. CSRG is not responsible for malfunctions caused by out-of-spec or poorly tuned magazine tubes.

  We have tested this spring kit in the following magazine tubes: 

  • Atlas
  • Checkmate/Staccato 

  This is NOT compatible with MBX Extreme magazines.
