Do you offer a Military / LE / First Responder discount?

My card was declined yet I see multiple charges to my card.
TLDR: The pending charges will fall off your account generally within 48 hours.
We understand how this is a confusing issue. We have spoken with the credit card processor about this and here is the simple break down. When the order is attempted the merchant services communicates with your card company to clear the amount of the order and check the billing information provided against the billing information on the card. If they do not match the merchant services will kick it back as declined, but your card company will still see the attempt and lock it up as pending. Generally the pending charge will fall off your account within 48 hours but that is dependent on your card company and some can take up to 5 days.
