Kimber Warrior pistols have been produced with two different optic mounting systems. First-generation optics-ready Warrior pistols use Kimber’s older optic cut, which is also found on older Kimber optics-ready 1911 pistols. Updated Warrior models use the newer optic mounting system shared with the Kimber 2K11. These two systems should not be assumed to use interchangeable optic plates.
Because both Warrior optic-cut versions may be encountered, always identify which mounting system is on your pistol before selecting a plate. Individual product listings should specify whether the plate fits the original/first-generation Warrior optic cut, the newer 2K11-style Warrior optic cut, or both when applicable.
Optic compatibility must also be verified separately from pistol compatibility. Select a plate that matches both your specific Kimber Warrior optic cut and the mounting footprint of your red dot sight before ordering.
