The original Slimline MOS uses an RMSc-pattern factory cut designed for micro red dot sights and is different from the standard full-size Glock MOS mounting system. Glock documents the standard Slimline MOS cut as RMSc-pattern with M4 mounting screws.
This category is specifically for V1 Slimline MOS (RMSc factory cut) Glock 43X MOS and Glock 48 MOS pistols. It is not compatible with 2026 and newer pistols equipped with the new V2 Slimline MOS-K factory cut. The newer MOS-K system uses a modified mounting interface that accommodates Holosun K and RMSc-pattern optics and uses M3 screws rather than the M4 screws of the earlier Slimline MOS system.
Because Glock 43X MOS and 48 MOS pistols may now be encountered with different factory optic cuts, always identify which Slimline MOS system your pistol uses before ordering. Glock states that the original version can be identified by “MOS” in the case-label item number, while the newer version includes “MOSK.”
