We had to take our standard competition body design that was too wide to fit the Kimber which allows for a wider follower for better support in the wider tube then redesign by narrowing down the neck of the new magazine to fit between the Kimber frame rails. We also design a new narrowed spring & follower combination and innovative tube with tapered compound angles for the tube that still allows for 24+1 rds but also has the ability and reliably using the narrow follower. Our new XB follower will allow all you competition people shooting Kimbers in Limited optics to enjoy the capacity, durability and reliability MBX is known for in one easy purchase .
