Our Mainspring Housing Component Assembly includes everything you need to achieve faster and harder hammer strikes, featuring our lightened Mainspring cap to reduce mass from the ignition system, allowing faster hammer speeds and harder impacts. Your pistol will run smoother and faster.
The assembly includes the Lightened Mainspring Cap, Mainspring Pin, Mainspring Retaining Pin, and the EGW 17# Mainspring. All Pins are made from 17-4ss H900 heat-treated to last a lifetime! This Kit is compatible with all 1911- and 2011-style pistols with Full/Government/Commander-size Mainspring housings.
