Double Alpha Academy (DAA) is the premier competition shooting gear brand for USPSA, IPSC, and Steel Challenge competitors worldwide. DAA is a competition-first company — not a general tactical brand trying to sell one-size-fits-all range gear. DAA Competition Belts
The belt is the foundation of every competition rig — everything else depends on it. DAA offers three belt systems:
- DAA Lynx Belt — DAA's flagship modular belt system using individual links connected with steel roll pins. Flexible around the waist while 100% rigid vertically — the engineering answer to the "barrel hoop" feel of traditional rigid belts. Compatible with 1.5" DAA holsters and pouches. Note: designed around DAA accessories; compatibility with other brands not guaranteed.
- DAA Premium Belt — the classic two-piece DAA competition belt. Stiff, high-density construction that keeps holsters and pouches firmly in place during competition. The workhorse choice for USPSA/IPSC competitors who want proven reliability over innovation.
- DAA Ratchet Belt — adds micro-adjustable ratchet closure for competitors who want precise tension control before the buzzer. Complete system includes outer belt, inner belt, and front plate.
DAA Magazine Pouches
DAA produces the most comprehensive magazine pouch lineup in competition shooting:
- Alpha-Xi Pouch — the flagship CNC-machined aluminum pouch. Maximum adjustability for angle, tension, and position. The choice of serious USPSA and IPSC competitors.
- Alpha-XiP Pouch — a more affordable version of the Alpha-Xi using an injection-moulded body instead of CNC-machined aluminum — lighter, less expensive, same DAA adjustment system.

Mr. Bulletfeeder
The DAA Mr. Bulletfeeder is the most popular progressive press bullet feeder on the market — an add-on for Dillon RL550, XL750, and RL1100 presses that automatically orients and seats bullets, dramatically increasing loading speed and reducing operator fatigue at high round counts. Available in full-size and Mini versions. Once your round count justifies it, the Mr. Bulletfeeder is one of the most impactful reloading upgrades available.
Lynx Belt Compatibility Note
The DAA Lynx Belt system is designed for DAA holsters and pouches. It may be possible to use other brands with adapters, but DAA has not tested all combinations. If you run a CR Speed WSM holster or other non-DAA gear, the DAA Premium or Ratchet belt is the safer choice, or verify compatibility before purchasing the Lynx system.
