The magazine is made for CZ by Mec-Gar for jurisdictions that only allow magazines with a capacity of up to 15 rounds (IL, VT, and CO). They are the same style and dimensions as the CZ Shadow 2 17-round magazines but are blocked to only accept 15 rounds.
