Installation
- Disassemble the magazine: Remove the existing basepad and floorplate, then carefully remove the factory spring and follower from the magazine tube.
- Install your selected spring and follower:
- Henning Extra Power Spring: Remove the factory spring from the factory Glock follower. Attach the Henning spring to the factory follower, making sure the spring clicks securely into place, then reinstall the spring and follower into the magazine tube.
- MBX or CSRG Spring & Follower Kit: Remove the factory spring and follower completely and install the spring and follower supplied with the selected competition kit.
- Install the Henning basepad: Once the spring and follower are installed, compress the spring until it is flush with the bottom of the magazine tube. While holding the spring in place, slide the Henning basepad fully onto the magazine tube.
- Secure the basepad: Once the basepad is fully installed, use the provided Allen key to tighten the retaining screw on the back of the basepad. Tighten the screw until the basepad is securely retained on the magazine.
- Set the spring (MBX & CSRG kits only): After installation, fully load and unload the magazine 3–5 times to set the new competition spring before use.

Better than TTI
Bought a few of these after buying a number of the TTI extended mags. For starters these are easier to install, but more importantly the screw mechanism doesn't come into contact with the magwell on my Platypus, unlike the TTI pads.
