Solves SafariLand Incompatibility
This Component is thicker but lighter than the one included in the The Boss hanger. In My opinion its better than the incompatible hanger in the original Boss. This component solved my issue 100%, ofcorse i wish i been aware of the whole incompatibility initially but im satisfied the solution exists. This adapter fits the SafariLand 6360 ALS lvl3 Perfectly!, as it should. Thank You guys for making it available, i appreciate it

It works but not all holes line up
I got this product to mount my Safariland GLS to my existing boss hanger. I'm dissipointed that only one set of the holes line up with the holes and slots on my Boss. You would think the company could get the hole spacing right.

Works as advertised
The adapter plate works as advertised, but be aware that using this set up to drop your holster will increase the amount that it swings around while running.

It's useful for holster swapping
Picked one of these up to enable holster swapping on my race belt without having to tear it all down. It gets the job done but it'd be nice if it came with hardware or the rubber washers.
