This kit includes all the screws, washers, and spacers needed.
- 2 x Long Screws
- 3 x Pouch Screws
- 4 x Belt Screws
- 2 x Spacers
- 2 x Locking Washers
Spacer Info
- 1/4"
- 1/2" (Should fall winin the USPSA spacing rules if using a Tek-Lok or PLM mount)
- 3/4" (With the 2024 USPSA spacing rules these work for most models)
- 1" (With the 2024 USPSA spacing rules these work for many models)
Which Offset length should I choose?
This refers to the length of the spacers between the long Boss plate and the Y-Plate that attaches to the holster. The 1/2" spacers are a pretty safe bet for most firearms out there to keep you within the rules for USPSA.
If you go with one of the options mounts (Tek-Lok, PLM, ELS) we would recommend choosing the 1/2" spacers to keep your holster within the rules for USPSA.
We have seen the 3/4" work well for most models but it's not necessary.
You can always just buy the Spacer Hardware Kit here and try the other options.

Nice to have extras
Ordered the boss hanger didn’t know if 1/2 spacers would be right for me so I got the 3/4 just in case. I ended up using the 1/2 but it’s nice the have all the extra screws.

Spare parts are fine
I ordered a hanger plate and the spare screw kit hoping to lower my holster an inch or so. Unfortunately the drop plate is too narrow for my holster so I'll be returning it.

I needed this kit (½ standard) to mount a holster to an extra Boss hanger that I had. Just what I wanted.

Buy This Size For Big Hands
So I purchased the hanger and holster. I chose the standard 1/2". Not thinking because I have mechanic's hands and are rather thick. And so after using the 1/2" ones for a few months and ripping my thumb up by rubbing up against my outer belt I decided to get the 3/4" and I am SO happy that I did. Now my thumb isn't getting ripped up to bad. Definitely should be the standard size IMHO. Thank you Ben for the great products

Same high quality as the set of screws that come with the complete hanger! I bought an extra "Y" hanger and got these so I could mount my extra holster.

Separate but equal?
Just an extra set of screws and washers for the boss but of a different size. It would make more sense to charge a little bit more and give you all three sizes at once as opposed to finding that the standard doesn't fit and you have to buy additional items. Sense of shooter may change holsters this would alleviate having to buy additional parts

Get them - you'll be glad you did
I have seen three separate occasions of people loosing equipment screws during a match. In two cases, the shooter was lucky that someone else had some spares. In one case, a pocket had to substitute for a mag pouch for the rest of the match. This kit is very cheap piece of mind.

Fixed my stupid mistake.
I ordered the DOH BOSS holster with the 1/4 inch spacers - not nearly as outward set as I wanted. Got this with the 3/4 in spacers and they work great. All high quality hardware.

Almost Threw it Away!!!!
Got the product and found the holster fine. Knew I ordered the replacement screws, but could not find them among all the peanuts. Finally took the time to remove all the peanuts and surprise, there were the screws. Holster fit my STI perfectly and I like the tec-loc attachment. I am going to order another boss rig, but just the rig itself I have a comtec holster for my EAA Witness Elite and will use the rig for it.

Thanks BSPS for offering this for your customers. Would you consider including 4 lock washers instead of 2?
