*Older Boss Hanger will require the user to drill a 13/64" hole to accept the included hardware. 

Included Materials:

• Thigh pad
• T-nut backer
• Short screw (without spacer)
• Long screw (with spacer)
• Spacer (optional)

Instructions:

• Make sure you have a Boss Hanger long plate with a 1/5" hole. If you have an older model without the hole, you can either upgrade to the newer model or carefully drill a 1/5" hole in your hanger. Remember to follow all safety precautions and measures when drilling.
• Place the T-nut backer in the 1/5" hole in your long plate.
• If you are using the optional spacer, place it between the thigh pad and the Boss Hanger. In this case, you will need to use the longer screw for installation.
• If you are not using the optional spacer, proceed with the shorter screw.
• Before installation, apply a drop of blue Loctite to the tip of the screw to ensure it remains secure and does not loosen over time.
• Align the holes of the thigh pad (and spacer, if using) with the T-nut backer on the Boss Hanger. Insert the appropriate screw (long or short) through the thigh pad, optional spacer, and into the T-nut backer.
• Tighten the screw firmly by hand until secure. Do not over-tighten, as this may damage the components.
• Once the screw is tightened, your thigh pad is in place and ready for use.

Please make sure to periodically check the tightness of the screw and reapply Loctite if necessary. Enjoy your new Boss Hanger Thigh Pad!
