The Dillon RL1100 is Dillon's industrial-strength eight-station progressive, built for the highest-volume reloaders. Ben Stoeger Pro Shop stocks upgrades from TNT Munitions, DAA (Double Alpha Academy), Inline Fabrication, and Reloading Innovations to make the RL1100 faster, smoother, and more consistent at high round counts.
Factory Dillon shellplates are cast from a brittle "proprietary grade" metal with loose tolerances — tall casings like .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO can wobble during indexing, causing dies to strike the casing and damage components. The TNT Munitions Burly Shellplate is CNC-machined from A-2 tool steel, with each pocket verified against SAAMI cartridge specification gauges. A direct replacement for Dillon part #12441, compatible with the 1050, RL1100, and CP2000.
